Confirmation of previous Public Service Commission test results
- If you wrote a Public Service Commission (PSC) test more than two months ago but did not retain a copy of your results, fill out all required fields and submit the e-form below.
- If you completed a PSC test in a recent appointment process (within the last two months), the organization responsible for the process will send you a copy of your results.
Confirmation of previous PSC test results can only be provided for PSC exams. Allow a minimum of five business days' turnaround time upon receipt of your completed form. Be aware that hiring organizations sometimes request that you provide your results in a shorter period of time. If this is the case, you should ask the hiring organization to provide you with additional time.
Note that if you don't have a Personal Record Identifier (PRI), it is recommended that you insert your date of birth (full or partial); this will help correctly identify you and accelerate the process. Please do not send your Social Insurance Number, as it is impossible to conduct a search with it.
