As part of its ongoing commitment to support federal organizations in their recruitment efforts, the Public Service Commission (PSC) is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the annual Post-Secondary Recruitment (PSR) campaign and the Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP) campaign.
The PSR campaign is designed to hire university and college graduates into entry-level officer positions. Advertisements will be posted on jobs.gc.ca from September 12 to October 4, 2013. Initial assessment of candidates will take place in October and November and inventories will be available to departments and agencies in January 2014.
The FSWEP campaign, designed to hire full-time students into part-time or full-time job placements, provides managers with access to an inventory of talented and motivated students from high schools, CEGEPs, colleges and universities across the country. Student registration begins October 7, 2013 and the FSWEP inventory will be available to hiring organizations by October 28, 2013.
