The Public Service Commission (PSC) is now planning its 2013 annual Post-Secondary Recruitment (PSR) campaign.

While we expect the priority system to be a continuing source of talent, the PSC remains committed to supporting organizational renewal with targeted recruitment in shortage areas, specialized skills and competencies for the future.

To ensure that this year’s campaign supports your organization’s priorities, we need to know your entry-level recruitment needs.  As inventories of candidates will be available later in this fiscal year, please also consider future year needs.  Based on this information, we will build a PSR campaign that establishes relevant inventories from which you can recruit.

We would appreciate hearing from you by July 31, 2013.
