The Public Service Commission (PSC) is pleased to announce the launch of a new Web-based training portal designed to support users of the Public Service Resourcing System (PSRS), the external recruitment system.

Launched in conjunction with the latest set of enhancements to PSRS on December 6, 2012, this training approach was developed based on client feedback requesting we move to a more flexible, user-friendly training method.

By bringing together a comprehensive training suite on the PSRS User Web Site, PSRS users are provided with a flexible training approach – designed to accommodate all learning styles, with information targeted to their need, and available when they need it. This innovative training approach includes:

  • Training videos that highlight key features of PSRS
  • Printable step-by-step Web instruction manuals
  • In-person or WebEx training sessions

We encourage you to visit the Training Portal and to share the link with PSRS users in your department.
