Ottawa, March 21, 2011 The Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) will table a special report to Parliament, Merit and non-partisanship under the Public Service Employment Act (2003), on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. This will be the final report of the current Commission.

Media representatives are invited to attend the appearance of PSC President, Maria Barrados, before the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at 131 Queen Street, Room 8-53, Ottawa.

Mrs. Barrados will also be available after her appearance to answer questions from the media in the lobby of the Committee room on the 8th floor.
